By accessing, registering on, or using the 25ph.com platform in any capacity — whether as a guest browsing the site or as a registered account holder placing real-money wagers — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the 25ph.com platform, including users accessing the platform via mobile browser, desktop browser, or any other supported device. 25ph.com does not currently offer a downloadable application; all access is browser-based.

If you are accessing 25ph.com on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these terms, and references to "you" shall include that person or entity.

To register and maintain an account on 25ph.com, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other non-natural persons may not register accounts.

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on 25ph.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions. 25ph.com reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any associated balances or winnings.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Philippine mobile number, and a working email address. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 25ph.com will never ask for your password via chat, email, or SMS. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility until you notify us of unauthorized access.

25ph.com implements Know Your Customer (KYC) verification procedures in accordance with applicable Philippine regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, or SSS ID) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

25ph.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods for Philippine players: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and bank transfers via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit card transactions may also be supported subject to availability.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and may be subject to change. Deposits via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the sending institution.

• Withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method previously used for deposit, or to a verified account in the player's name.
• 25ph.com reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before processing any withdrawal.
• Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your account.
• 25ph.com does not charge fees for standard deposits or withdrawals, though your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own charges.

25ph.com offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and referral rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions that are published alongside each offer and are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Unless otherwise stated in the specific bonus terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each bonus offer.

25ph.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who have already claimed a bonus will not be affected by mid-promotion changes to that specific offer.

All games available on 25ph.com — including slots, live dealer games, fishing games (such as Shade Dragon Fishing and Fishing Disco), bingo, table games, and sports betting — are governed by individual game rules published within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between individual game rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.

25ph.com uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by trained dealers in real time and are subject to the rules displayed at each table.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, 25ph.com will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Bets that cannot be confirmed as placed due to a system error may be voided and stakes returned.

25ph.com reserves the right to void any bet or wager that is placed in error, placed at incorrect odds due to a system error, or placed in a manner that exploits a technical vulnerability. Winnings derived from such bets will not be paid out.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 25ph.com platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, or registering on behalf of another person without their knowledge and consent.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including coordinated betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms or game mechanics.
• Attempting to launder money or use the platform for any illegal financial activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to 25ph.com support immediately.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward 25ph.com staff or other players via any communication channel.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by law.
• Allowing a person under 21 years of age to access or use your account.

25ph.com's total aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

25ph.com does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. You use the platform at your own risk.

25ph.com collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

25ph.com implements industry-standard security measures, including SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 25ph.com cannot guarantee absolute security.

You may close your 25ph.com account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements.

25ph.com reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, with or without prior notice, in the event of: a breach of these Terms & Conditions; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe; or any other conduct that 25ph.com determines, in its sole discretion, to be harmful to the platform or other players.

Upon termination for cause, 25ph.com reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and winnings derived from bonus play. Real-money deposits may be returned at 25ph.com's discretion, subject to applicable regulations and any outstanding investigations.

25ph.com reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, 25ph.com will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, where practicable.

Your continued use of the 25ph.com platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms & Conditions or your use of the 25ph.com platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, it shall be submitted to the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 25ph.com from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
